Field Trip Reservations and Payment Options

Field trips are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis; reservations are required.

All classes will have the opportunity to view our current exhibits, participate in outdoor activities, and conduct hands-on experiments while visiting the Museum.

Field trip sessions are approximately 1½ to 2 hours in length. Session are offered in the morning (8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon) and in the afternoon (12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.).

On average, we teach up to 50 students per field trip session. Larger schools/groups are scheduled for an entire day, occupying both the morning and afternoon sessions, or are scheduled on entirely different days.

To schedule your field trip:

       2.)    Fill out the on-line field trip form below and submit on-line.

Every effort will be made to accommodate your first choice. Sessions are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmation letter with your date/time will be sent to the email address provided by you above.

Payment Options

School groups are charged $3.00 per student/ $45.00 minimum.

There is no charge for teachers or adult chaperones.

Payments can be made on arrival or we can provide your school with an invoice.

Checks can be made out to the Cable Natural History Museum (CNHM).
