using all of your senses.
Grade level: Kindergarten

Uncover the truths about those creepy, crawly spiders that make us yell, “eek!”

Green Giants
Impersonate a tree and find out why trees are so important to nature.
Grade level: 2

Walk Through the Northwoods
Find out what makes the northwoods so special.
Grade level: 3

Preying on You
Talk about bird of prey adaptations by observing a student “bald eagle.” Dissect
owl pellets and construct skeletons of the animals found.
Grade level: 4

Mad About Energy
Meet the Mad Scientist who has poked her finger in the socket one too many times! Through experiments, students will find out how energy use affects the environment and how they can reduce their energy consumption.
Grade level: 5

Good Buddies
Take a look at symbiotic relationships. These activities will encourage your class
to work together in a more benefical way.
