Senator Bob Jauch Helps Mark Aldo Leopold Weekend

Wisconsin Senator Bob Jauch (D-Poplar), reads Aldo Leopold’s essay “Land Ethic” at the United Church of Christ in Cable, as part of a day-long series of public programs held March 4 that was part of the larger, state-wide “Aldo Leopold Weekend.” Jauch joined other readers at three locations around Cable for public readings and discussion of Leopold’s writing and environmental philosophy. More than 60 people attended the Cable-area sessions, which were sponsored in part by the Cable Natural History Museum.
