Join your friends at the fourth annual Power of the Purse luncheon and silent auction to benefit exhibit development at the Cable Natural History Museum. Bid on purses and accessories, dine, and then listen as guest speaker Dr. Christine Thomas entertains you with stories about "Becoming an Outdoors Woman" and inspires you to experience new adventures!
Please consider donating a purse for the silent auction. Donations can be dropped off at the Cable Natural History Museum in Cable and Outdoor Ventures in Hayward. They can also be dropped at Firefly Trading Company in Cable after May 3. Categories are Everyday, Designer, Evening, Vintage, Beach and Totes, Travel, Handcrafted, and Fun & Funky. Used purses that are received may go to local charities.
Invitations will be mailed mid-August, or call the museum at 715-798-3890 to reserve early. Let the museum staff know if you or someone you know should be added to our mailing list.
