Join Arne Martinson from the Wisconsin Mycological Society for a mushroom cooking demonstration featuring some of Wisconsin’s best mushrooms. Participants will learn how to prepare and have a taste of gourmet mushroom dishes. All skill levels are welcome. Meet in Cable from 10 a.m.—1 p.m. Register by September 12 to receive meeting location. $40 member/$50 non-member.
